Your live video production will be as important to us as it is to you. Our commitment to service shows throughout our entire enterprise; from the equipment we use, to the people we employ and the service we provide irrespective of the size of your budget. The simple reason for this, is because we love the video industry and are proud of the video we produce. Once you have placed your booking, we will arrange a meeting to discuss the format of your wedding day; making a special note of important or personal items relevant to the bride and groom to be. Our service includes surveys of your wedding venues that are on your agenda i.e. the bride's preparation venue; the wedding service venue and not forgetting the reception. At each location, we will introduce ourselves, leave contact details should any of your organizers need to contact us or have any last minute questions. Where possible, we do like to attend the rehearsal for your service; and introduce ourselves to your immediate close friends & family as we have found from experience that your guests will respond more warmly to our cameramen when they recognize a friendly face. On the day of your wedding, we will arrive a minimum one hour before our contracted start time. This provides peace of mind to our client, and it is one less thing to worry about on your wedding day. From our perspective, it allows us plenty time to setup cameras etc.. From then on; it's Lights, Camera, Action, and the most important day of your lives will start to unfold, with all the excitement and emotion being captured on video and preserved for all time. Three to four weeks later once the post production work has been completed, your disc will be despatched via a secured courier. You will be amazed at just how many special moments you may missed at your own wedding. Whilst viewing your wedding video we will take you on a memorable rollercoster of laughter and tears of joy and you too will believe that it has been the best memory money can buy.
